Fixed Side Bar...
This Index Page is Fixed...Nothing seems to be overlaped by the footer.
BUT, in the other pages where i have data that is larger and moves
across the page height, it seems to be overlapped by the footer!
SO I concluded that I can only use the "height" value in CSS for my content
only when the page size is also fixed! If not the footer will not move and cause
overlapping!
I intend to put Category Links here, to enable quick access to each category
And put the Log on Forms there also to make the page look more presentable.
